GOALS

  1. To contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
  2. To be established as HUBS (Harness Knowledge; Up- Scale Initiatives; Build Capacities; Sustain Development) of research in the fields of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Public Administration and Governance in the region.
  3. Engage faculty and students in RIPE (Research, Instruction, Production, and Extension) addressing the direct needs of the communities and various stakeholders.

  2. Provide high quality and real life education for a diverse body of public through actual field experience, conducive and interactive classrooms and facilities, and equally competent faculty members.
  3. Produce research output on new concepts, framework, and techniques in business, entrepreneurship, and public administration that will enhance performance for the good of public interest through professional expertise and technical skills.

DEPARTMENT GOALS

  1. The Business Management Department is geared towards the preparation of our graduates to meet the growing demands locally and globally.

 

DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES

  1. Establish a common foundation of knowledge and understanding concerning modern business through a core program consisting of general and business education.
  2. Provides sufficient exposure in relating academic instructions to the realities of the business world.
  3. Impart adequate training to equipped the business management graduate immediately employable and/or engaged in either entrepreneurship or self-employment.
  4. Cultivate awareness on one’s responsibilities to society as a responsible citizen.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

DEPARTMENT GOALS

 

  1. To be established as an Entrepreneurial Hub in Region VI providing new entrepreneurial products and honing entrepreneurial skills of the  students and the community.
  2. Create new entrepreneurial products and opportunities utilizing all available raw materials in the community.

 

DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES

  1. Prepare individuals to start and manage their own business.
  2. Develop entrepreneurs who are motivated and knowledgeable in identifying opportunities, developing and preparing business plan and actually starting and managing a business.
